Registration The Celtic Cup Soccer Tournament is open to boys and girls teams from U8 - U19.  To register your team, please complete the following steps: 1.  Complete the Online Registration Form on or before July 28, 2008. 2.  Mail payment and a copy of the online registration form to: Palatine Celtic Cup 538 Rob Roy Ct. Palatine, IL 60067. 3.  Check the Accepted Teams page of our website to confirm that your team's application has been accepted. 4.  Once accepted, mail (or email) the following forms to: Palatine Celtic Cup 538 Rob Roy Ct. Palatine, IL 60067.      IYSA Medical Release Form (one form for each player - no other form is acceptable)      IYSA Sanctioned Tournament Roster:  U8-U16    U17-U19     A copy of the team's State Approved Roster     Guest Player Permits for each player not on the state approved roster 5.  Present player passes at Final Registration no later than one hour prior to the start of your first game.
