2008 Palatine Celtic Cup Tournament Registration

The Celtic Cup Soccer Tournament is open to boys and girls teams from U8 - U19. To register your team, please complete the following steps:

1. Complete the Online Registration Form below.

2. Mail payment and a copy of the Online Registration Form (you will receive a copy via email after submission) to:
Palatine Celtic Cup 538 Rob Roy Ct. Palatine, IL 60067.

3. Check the Accepted Teams page of our website to confirm that your team's application has been accepted. 2008 accepted teams will be posted in August.

4. Once accepted, print a copy of the Registration Information Packet.

5. Once accepted, email or mail the following forms to:
Palatine Celtic Cup 538 Rob Roy Ct. Palatine, IL 60067.

   IYSA Medical Release Form (one form for each player - no other form is acceptable)

   IYSA Sanctioned Tournament Roster:  U8-U16    U17-U19

  A copy of the team's State Approved Roster

  Guest Player Permits for each player not on the state approved roster

  Travel Permits for out of state teams

6. Present player passes at Final Registration no later than one hour prior to the start of your first game.

Comments and Special Considerations

Please include any additional information about your club, team, players, or coach that may aid us in the selection and seeding process. Out-of-state teams should include additional league information as it relates to your state. Also, include any scheduling requests you have (no Friday night games) or scheduling difficulties and the reason for the request. No requests will be honored after the schedule has been published. We will attempt to comply with al requests, but cannot guarantee it.
